Note: In the 2017.1 Vivado release and beyond, XPMs are enabled automatically in project
mode, and in non-project mode are used automatically during Vivado synthesis and implementation.
Recommended: It is a best practice to
explicitly set the XPM library for use in your design. To do so, use the
set_property Tcl command as follows:
