When RSFEC is enabled, you can choose to adjust timestamps due to the presence of RSFEC codewords. To facilitate this when RSFEC is enabled, the timestamp interfaces (both ingress and egress) provide an RSFEC codeword offset from the start of packet. You can use this information to apply offsets to the timestamp if desired.
