The Catalog Manager is primarily used to update the Document Catalog.
- Before opening the Catalog Manager, it is a good practice to close all documents and any other application windows currently open.
- When there an update available, the Update Catalog
option is orange in color. To update your document catalog, click the
Update Catalog option. Once updated, the button turns
green, indicating that the catalog is updated.
- The new documents introduced by the new Document Catalog are listed upon opening the Catalog Manager.
- Updating the catalog and refreshes the Grid View to include the new documents
(unless they are filtered).
- The latest version of the search index is also downloaded at this time.
