•Virtex®-7 devices with –2 speed grade, Virtex UltraScale™, and Virtex UltraScale+™ devices with –2 speed grade or higher: 300 MHz
•Kintex®-7 devices with –2 speed grade, Kintex UltraScale, and Kintex UltraScale+ devices with –2 speed grade or higher: 300 MHz
•UltraScale+ devices with -1 speed grade or higher: 300 MHz
•Artix®-7 devices with –2 speed grade or higher: 150 MHz
•Zynq®-7000 SoC devices with –2 and –1 speed grade or higher: 200 MHz
•Versal® ACAP with -1 speed grade or higher: 300 MHz
The maximum achievable clock frequency can vary. The maximum achievable clock frequency and all resource counts can be affected by other tool options, additional logic in the device, using a different version of Xilinx® tools, and other factors.
