After you establish a good dataflow, the next phase is to look at the power requirements of the design. The Xilinx® Power Estimator (XPE) provides early power estimates for your design. You can import a .xpe file generated by the Vivado IP integrator into XPE to auto-populate some of the design data.

Xilinx recommends that you check the design resources imported into the
XPE and add any design resources that were not captured in the .xpe file to ensure an
