After you replace all of the traffic generators with functional blocks and complete the design simulation phase, you are ready to start implementing the design. Vivado implementation includes an additional axis of analysis during placement. In addition to considerations for timing, congestion, and wirelength, the placer also considers the QoS requirements you set for the NoC and DDRMC by invoking the NoC compiler. This is an additional step in the implementation process.
