Vivado® Lab Edition is a standalone installation of the full Vivado Design Suite with all the features and capabilities required to program and debug Xilinx® FPGAs after generating the bitstream. Typical usage is for programming and debug in the lab environment where machines have a smaller amount of resources in terms of disk space, memory, and connectivity. Vivado Lab Edition has a reduced product footprint of around 2.4 GB after installation and the install package size is 1 GB.
