After configuring an HBM enabled device with a design that contains an instance of the AXI High Bandwidth Memory Controller, you can see the HBM interfaces in the Vivado Hardware Manager.
Support for the HBM monitor is always included in the generated High Bandwidth Memory Controller. The HBM monitor displays the stack temperature, read, write, and overall throughput.
You can export the captured data to a comma separated value (CSV) formatted text file for further post-processing or analysis.
