UltraRAM is a new dedicated memory primitive available in the UltraScale+ devices from Xilinx. This is a large memory that is designed to be cascaded for very large RAM blocks. For more information, see the UltraScale Architecture Memory Resources User Guide (UG573) [Ref 3].
