The SVF chain setup along with its operations can be saved to a file by clicking Export SVF… at the bottom of the SVF Operations window as shown below.

Important: You can recreate an existing SVF chain by specifying an SVF file that you
created with the Vivado Hardware Manager from an earlier run of the flow. Vivado IDE
saves specifics of the SVF chain to the file, so that when it is read back, the SVF
chain can be recreated.
