The RAM_STYLE attribute has a value called ultra. By default, Vivado synthesis will use a heuristic to determine what type of RAM to infer, URAM, BRAM or LUTRAM. If you want to force the RAM into an UltraRAM, you can use the RAM_STYLE attribute to tell Vivado synthesis to infer the URAM primitives.
