This design advisory covers a Versal GTM BER issue with the following symptoms:
- Periodic burst of errors observed on the RX
- Working lanes have low BER performance (for example, BER-10)
- Some lanes are observed to have a BER performance in the range of BER-5 to BER-7
- Sampled eye diagram from Vivado Hardware Manager shows burst of errors
