Note 1: CLKOUT[3:0] timing analysis in 2021.1 is timing accurate. Feedback models are due to be updated in the 2021.2.1 release using updated speed file numbers.
 

Having CLKIN#_DESKEW driven by the same clock as CLKIN is not recommended.


The timing models and timing information will be changed in Vivado 2021.2.1 to enable the correct timing when the deskew logic uses CLKIN_DESKEW connected to CLKIN.

For existing designs, there are no other timing changes.
