If using a SelectMAP interface with a PMC bank powered at 3.3V or 2.5V, you can work around the issue by pulsing RDWR_B (full 0-1-0 or 1-0-1 transition) with CS_b = 1 before any Write operation by the SelectMAP master.
If SRST is not used, the RDWR_B can also be tied to GND to avoid MIO20 (RDWR_B) getting into a stuck state.
