In and Out 1PPS (one pulse per second) interfaces are fitted to the card for use with external clock synchronization equipment. Both ports present physically as SSMB (not SMB) bulkhead jacks located on the PCIe I/O bracket. They are compatible with plug-type SSMB adaptors and cables, e.g., Pasternack PE3139LF series.
The 1PPS input has 50-ohm termination.
The 1PPS output buffer is compatible with 5V TTL PPS.
