A python 3.6 or newer environment is required for this tutorial. Struct, numpy, and matplotlib packages are also required. To confirm the installation, open a terminal and type this command:
python3 -c 'import numpy, matplotlib, struct'
If this returns without error, you have the libraries required to proceed.
