With the following commands, kernel bitstream cgSolver.xclbin is built under the directory ./build_dir.hw.xilinx_u50_gen3x16_xdma_201920_3

$ make build TARGET=hw PLATFORM=xilinx_u50_gen3x16_xdma_201920_3
