The UltraRAM URAM288E5 and URAM288E5_BASE library primitives are the basic building blocks for all UltraRAM configurations. The URAM288E5 primitive supports all possible configurations including cascade and ECC. The URAM288E5_BASE primitive is a subset and supports single UltraRAM block instances without cascade capability. The URAM288E5_BASE primitive is shown in Figure 1 and the URAM288E5 primitive is shown in Figure 2.
