The accelerator RAM (XRAM), when present in the device, is located in the low-power domain (LPD) of the PS. The XRAM includes one port from the OCM switch in the LPD. The XRAM also includes three ports from the PL. Each port includes a Xilinx memory protection unit (XMPU).
