The SelectMAP mode single device option uses an external processor or controller to provide the clock, read/write enable, chip select, and data, as well as monitors the busy signal for flow control to boot and configure a Versal adaptive SoC. As shown in the following figure, this high-bandwidth interface spans multiple banks. The PMC MIO bank0 and bank1 must be powered at the same voltage. Performance, bank voltage, and MIO usage should be evaluated when selecting the boot mode.
