The following table lists the quantity of gigabit transceiver channels for the Versal devices. There is one set of MGTRXP, MGTRXN, MGTTXP, and MGTTXN pins for the GTY, GTYP, or GTM channels in all devices. All packages are available with eutectic-SnPb BGA balls where the device type is XQ and the Pb-free signifier in the package name is a Q.
