The GTM transceivers support a range of power-down modes. These modes support both generic power management capabilities as well as those defined in the SATA standard.
The GTM transceivers offer different levels of power control. Each channel in each direction can be powered down separately using CH*_TXPD and CH*_RXPD. The HSCLK*_LCPLLPD port directly affects the LCPLL.
