Exposure to Absolute Maximum Ratings conditions for extended periods of time might affect device reliability.
  2. VCCAUX_SMON must be connected to VCCAUX_PMC . See Versal Adaptive SoC System Monitor Architecture Manual (AM006) for VCCAUX_SMON information and filter considerations.
  3. VCC_IO must be connected to VCC_SOC.
  4. When operating outside of the recommended operating conditions, refer to the specifications in the VIN Maximum Allowed AC Voltage Overshoot and Undershoot section.
  5. The lower absolute voltage specification always applies.
  6. For more information on supported GTY and GTYP transceiver terminations see the Versal Adaptive SoC GTY and GTYP Transceivers Architecture Manual (AM002) .
  7. The GTY_REFCLK AC or GTYP_REFCLK AC signal operates in the reference clock frequency range. See GTY and GTYP Transceiver Reference Clock Switching Characteristics.
  8. AC coupled operation is not supported for RX termination = floating.
  9. DC coupled operation is not supported for RX termination = programmable.
  10. For DC coupled links with RX termination set to ground, the transmitter or the board should insure that the RX input common mode voltage is set between 0.2V and 0.8V.
