31 to 0	DA	Destination Address. This value specifies the starting write address for DMA data transfers. The address value has restrictions relative to the Source Address and AXI CDMA DRE inclusion. If DRE is not included in the AXI CDMA, the address offset of the Destination Address must match that of the Source Address value.
