This radio button and text box control what line rates and reference clock frequencies the core supports. See the Reference Clock Selection . For information on the speed capabilities of the supported devices see Device, Package, and Speed Grade Selections .

24.330G and under : In UltraScale™ device GTYE3 and GTYE4 transceivers if this radio button is selected, the reference clock can be set to either 368.64 MHz (GTYE3 transceivers only) or 245.76 MHz. If the 368.64 MHz option is selected then the core supports line rates 8,110.08, 12,165.12 and 24,330.24 Mb/s. If the 245.76 MHz option is selected then the core supports all line rates from 614.4 Mb/s to 24,330.24 Mb/s.

Versal ACAPs using GTY transceivers only support the option of 24,330.24 Mb/s and under. The reference clock is set to 245.76 MHz and the core supports line rates from 2,457.6 Mb/s to 24,330.24 Mb/s. Line rates 614.4 Mb/s and 1,228.8 Mb/s are not supported.

12.165G and under : In UltraScale device GTYE3, GTHE4 or GTYE4 transceivers if this radio button is selected, the core supports all line rates from 614.4 to 12,165.12 Mb/s when the reference clock is set to 245.76 MHz or 307.2 MHz. If it is set to 368.64 MHz then only line rates 8,110.08 and 12,165.12 Mb/s are supported.
In UltraScale device GTHE3 transceivers if this radio button is selected, the core supports 8,110.08 and 12,165.12 Mb/s using a 245.76 MHz or a 368.64 MHz reference clock and all other rates using a 307.2 MHz reference clock.
In Virtex-7 device GTHE2 transceivers if this radio button is selected, the core supports 8,110.08 and 12,165.12 Mb/s using a 368.64 MHz reference clock and all other rates using a 307.2 MHz reference clock.
In 7 series GTXE2 transceivers if this radio button is selected, the core supports 12,165.12 Mb/s with a 380.16 MHz reference clock and all other rates except 8,110.08 Mb/s using a 307.2 MHz reference clock.

10.137G and under : If this radio button is selected, the core supports all line rates from 614.4 to 10,137.6 Mb/s. In UltraScale device GTHE3 transceivers the reference clock must be set to 307.2 MHz. In UltraScale GTYE3 and UltraScale+ GTHE4 and GTYE4 device transceivers the reference clock can be set to 245.76 MHz or 307.2 MHz. This option is not supported in Artix®-7 devices.

9.830G and under : If this radio button is selected, the core supports all line rates from 614.4 Mb/s to 9,830.4 Mb/s. In Zynq®-7000, Virtex®-7, and Kintex®-7 based designs, the reference clock can be set to be 122.88, 153.60, 245.76 or 307.2 MHz.
In UltraScale architecture designs the reference clock can be set to be 245.76 or 307.2 MHz. This option is not supported in Artix-7 devices.

6.144G and under : If this radio button is selected, the core supports all line rates from 614.4 to 6,144.0 Mb/s. The reference clock can be set to be 122.88, 153.60, 245.76 or 307.2 MHz.

3.072G and under : If this radio button is selected, the core supports line rates from 614.4 to 3,072.0 Mb/s. The reference clock can be set to be 122.88 or 153.60 MHz.
