The Enable Input register indicate whether to make use of video stream entering slave AXI4-Stream video interface.
• 0x0 - Ignore the input video stream. The IP works the same way as AXI4-Stream slave is disabled although it has s_axi_video interface and connection.
• 0x1 - Make use of input video stream.
