The fractional clocking enable (FracEn) option is provided in Vivado IDE only for the ACPU, DP_VIDEO and DP_AUDIO peripherals to facilitate the precise clocking as these require very precise clocking. When this option is checked/enabled, the fractional value for the feedback value is configured for the respective PLL. See This Figure .
