After power-up, the slave side PHY is initialized when the master PHY drives a Stop state for a
period longer than T_INIT. The first Stop state (LP-11) that is longer than the specified T_INIT
is called the Initialization period.
Note: T_INIT is considered a protocol-dependent parameter
which must be longer than 100 μs.
