Most of the configuration parameters of the primitive are also
user-configurable. You can override the parameter values with other values if the values
of your choice are in the valid range and suit the clocking solutions.
Note: This feature is not available
when the primitive type is Auto. If you want to override the primitive attributes,
do not select Auto.
