The current version of the IP supports only HBM, it does not support DDR4. It is your responsibility to configure the HBM correctly. ECC scrubbing is one of the features available in HBM that cannot be configured by the HBM/DDR BCAM, and therefore requires user configuration. AMD Vitis™ NetP4 manages the HBM’s data bus, clock, and reset connections, but if the IP is connected without using VitisNetP4, you must configure the HBM interface.
