The top module instantiates all components of the core and example design that are needed to implement the design in hardware, as shown in the following figure.
The example design demonstrates connections required to add the CMS Subsystem to a PCIe® based platform design.
Implementing the example design in hardware
- Provides customer reference for CMS IP connectivity and required I/O constraints
- Provides customer in-band access to
- Observe card sensor information via the shared memory map
- Gather card information from satellite controller
- Manage network plug-in modules
- Update SC firmware
- Update card flash memory via AXI Quad SPI (from 2022.1 onwards)
