This input specifies the command for the request currently being submitted to
the user interface. The available commands are shown here. With ECC enabled, the
wr_bytes operation is required for writes with any non-zero
app_wdf_mask bits. The wr_bytes triggers a
read-modify-write flow in the controller, which is needed only for writes with masked
data in ECC mode.
