The BSCAN to JTAG Converter core is used to drive data into the design through a JTAG interface and also reads data from the design through the same JTAG interface. The data is written to the BSCAN interface of the IP, which in turn generates JTAG transactions for the JTAG port. There is no buffering mechanism within the IP. Therefore, it drives transactions from BSCAN to JTAG interface without any delay.
