The DFX Decoupler core should not
normally be configured using the Vivado Design Suite
set_property command. Instead, a custom set_property command is provided with the core. For more
information, see Configuring the Core Using Tcl Commands. The exceptions to this are bus
interface parameters, such as reset polarity and clock FREQ_HZ, which can be set using set_property.
