This section includes information about using AMD tools to customize and generate the simulation trigger for the NoC AXI TG IP in the Vivado Design Suite. The Simulation Trigger IP can be used with Non-Synthesizable TG for traffic shaping between multiple TGs.
trig_xx is used to trigger input axi_tg_start of AXI TG IP upon release of reset.
'all_done_xx' signal to indicate all TGs are done sending transactions. This signal will be used to end the simulation after receiving 'All instructions executed status' (axi_tg_done ) from TG through all_done_xx.
'all_done_xx' signal to indicate all TGs are done sending transactions by receiving All instructions executed status" (axi_tg_done) from AXI TG IP. This signal will be used to end the simulation.
To customize the simulation trigger for the NoC AXI TG IP, perform the following initial steps:
- Select the IP from the IP catalog in the IP integrator window.
- Double-click on the selected IP.
