The primary SLR uses this command to wait for one or more secondary SLRs as indicated by <Slave mask>. When the wait time is up, all the secondary SLRs indicated by the <Slave mask> are ready and waiting. If a secondary indicates an error or if timeout is reached, the same is indicated in the primary SLR.
