In Onload 201811 the EF_TCP_TIME_WAIT_ASSASSINATION environment variable has been added, to implement the RFC 1337 behavior of replacing old TIMEWAIT sockets with newly-received incoming connections.
The default value is read from /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_rfc1337.
