All UltraScale devices have pins dedicated to configuration functions contained in I/O bank 0. There are also I/O pins in bank 65 (multifunction configuration bank) known as multifunction or multipurpose pins that can be used for configuration, but then convert to normal I/O pins after configuration is complete. Additionally, in SSI devices, pins in bank 60 and bank 70 (as present) have restrictions during configuration similar to multifunction pins. However, pins in these banks do not have any configuration functions.
