VCCINT, VCCINT_IO and VCCBRAM Tied Together (-1E, -1I, -2I, -2E)

For the -1E, -1I, -2I and -2E speed grades, AMD recommends connecting V_CCINT, V_{CCINT_IO}, and V_CCBRAM together because all run at the same voltage (0.85V or 0.90V (-3 only)). PCB plane areas are also easier to draw, because V_CCINT/V_{CCINT_IO} and V_CCBRAM can share the same plane design. Plane design for V_CCINT/V_{CCINT_IO}/V_CCBRAM should be sized in such a way as to reliably provide the required amount of current/power with minimal IR drop to ensure that the voltage rails meet the data sheet specifications.
