Apps are released to GitHub asynchronous to the Vivado Design Suite releases. Refreshing the catalog provides access to the latest version of an app.
Refresh the catalog by selecting the Refresh button at bottom left of the Vivado Tcl Store window (Step 1). This action queries the online git repository for the latest information of all the apps and opens a dialog (Step 2). If an app is then installed, the Tcl Store mechanism automatically downloads any newer content from the online repository.
