This section reports signals that have a fanout greater than 10K but are not driven by a flip flop. Nets that drive a high fanout should have a driver profile that allows replication to be carried out without impacting the pre-path timing. This allows the replicated cell to be more freely placed next to the loads. If there are source constraints, the placement of replicated cells get clustered together and reduce the effectiveness of the technique.
