sys_tod_sec[48:0] 输出 ts_clk 系统定时器 ToD 秒字段
sys_tod_ns[31:0] 输出 ts_clk 系统定时器 ToD 纳秒字段
sys_tod_corr[63:0] 输出 ts_clk 系统定时器 ToD CF 格式
update_timer 输出 ts_clk 同步更新脉冲至端口定时器块。

当主定时器由外部 ToD 接口或者通过寄存器更新来进行同步时，此信号断言有效。
sys_timer_1pps_out 输出 ts_clk 1-PPS 输出至外部 ToD 总线块

当系统定时器的纳秒字段滚动时，此端口断言有效。
